The Processes to ensure your Design Request runs smoothly.

What You See

You will receive a watermarked draft image 1-3 days after your DreamMugs Design Request is submitted. If that image matches the original intent of your dream, then go ahead and approve it to move on to Product Selection. If we missed the mark, let us know and we’ll try again. After products are selected and paid for, allow approximately 1-2 weeks for Production and Standard Shipping.
